MENTAL HEALTH ADVOCATE & BLOGGER

YOU CAN’T LIVE A FULL LIFE ON AN EMPTY STOMACH

SINCE 2021

EXPLORE THE BLOG

Born and raised in Bridgeport, West Virginia, I am using my voice to advocate for those who have struggled, are currently struggling, or know someone who is battling an eating disorder. After being diagnosed with Anorexia Nervosa in 2020, I am now in recovery and committed to sharing my journey—both the triumphs and the challenges, the good days and the bad.

I am proud to stand as someone who believes in the power of vulnerability and strength. Recovery is a path of ups and downs, but by sharing my story, I hope to offer hope and connection to others who are walking this difficult road. You are not alone, and together, we can keep moving forward.

The year is now 2025, and I can proudly say because of recovery I have graduated college, started my own business, moved states, and am creating a life full of love.

I’m currently available for any assistance in the recovery process. I am here to provide resources, guidance, support others and to show that recovery WORKS.
